Terms of billing include: -Ten percent late charge on unpaid balance after 20 days. -$20.00 service charge on all returned checks. -Disconnection after approximately 45 days on unpaid balance with reconnection fee of $50.00 due thereafter

DEPOSITS
A $50.00 deposit for water service and a $50.00 deposit for sewer service are required with the application for service. Deposits will be held until cancellation of service is requested. Refunds will be made the following month after the final bill is paid in full.

IMPACT FEES
Once it has been determined that water and/or sewer service is available to your property, a fixture rate sheet should be completed before the payment of impact fees are made. This form determines the amount of impact fees you are required to pay. Following is the fixture rate sheet that may be completed before applying for service.
